Portfolio
Secure AI Employee
AI agent platform for businesses with 4–50 people. Lead qualification, intake calls, review responses, content. Replaces $45K/yr roles for $130/mo.
WellieMD Companion
White-label patient companion app for GLP-1 telehealth brands. One codebase, every brand. Free to patients, $500–800/mo to operators on top of WellieMD's $1K base.
Promo Machine
AI video ads for local businesses. Onboard a clinic in five minutes, ship 20–30 creatives a week without a film crew.
Healthcare Concierge
AI chat that helps families navigate senior care — insurance, facilities, eligibility. Built for the questions Google can't answer.
Aging AI
A guide for millennials suddenly responsible for aging parents. Templates for the hard conversations, scripts for the calls, answers when the system stops being legible.
Protocol Generator
AI-generated health protocols for coaches and longevity practices. Intake to protocol PDF in under a minute.
ClinicalMatch
A two-sided marketplace for longevity treatments. Patients describe what they want, clinics quote. Built for the post-Hims, post-Hone wave of cash-pay medicine.
Entitlement Navigator
A four-step assessment that finds the federal, state, and county benefits a senior actually qualifies for. Most of them aren't claimed because nobody knows they exist.
Match Suggester
Caregiver-to-client personality matching for home care agencies. The right pairing keeps clients longer than the right schedule.
Unified Alerts
A single dashboard for solo agers and the family members watching from another state. Pulls every device — fall sensors, meds dispensers, GPS — into one feed.
How these get built
One person, AI as the team
Every product in the portfolio is built solo. Claude writes most of the code. I run product, design, marketing, and the parts of engineering that still need a human in the loop. The whole studio operates on the cost base of one engineer.
Direct response, then product
I came out of performance marketing — $500K+ in managed spend across Facebook, Google, affiliate, and pay-per-call. I write the landing page and the ads before I write the app. If the funnel pulls, the product gets built. If it doesn't, the idea goes back on the shelf.
A monorepo of MVPs
Twelve products live in one Next.js + Stripe + Vercel monorepo. Shared auth pattern, shared payment plumbing, shared deployment. New product idea on Monday is a checkout-ready landing page by Friday.
Built for Main Street
Healthcare, senior care, home services, telehealth, local marketing. The verticals are unsexy on purpose. The buyers are real businesses with real budgets and not enough modern software. Most of the portfolio replaces a person, a spreadsheet, or a fax.
Keep what gets pulled
A studio model only works if you let things die. Products that don't get traction in the first ad cycle stay shelved. The ones that pull get the next month of attention — ads, content, integrations, sales.
